We offer guests:

• A choice of 2 lovely furnished large double rooms with luxury en-suite shower rooms, TV, radio, Wifi, hair dryer, books, magazines, tea and coffee-making facilities and countryside views.
• Really excellent cooked breakfasts - with eggs from our own hens and sausages and bacon from our own pigs! We also offer muesli, porridge, cereals and fruit. Much of our food is locally produced, and you will taste the difference.
• Private parking.
• Use of our beautiful garden with sitting areas, wildlife pond, apple orchard and stunning views over the Axe valley.
• Transport on request to/from Crewkeme railway station (Waterloo — Exeter).
• Informafion and helpful advice about places to visit, walks and itineraries.
• Free wi-fi for those bringing lap-tops.

Other things to note:

• We are a non-smoking house.
• We try to be 'green' keeping plastics, laundry, packaging and waste to a minimum but without compromising your comfort. We also pride ourselves on encouraging as wide a variety of wildlife to our garden as possible.
• We welcome walkers and cyclists.
• We welcome children and we have a travel cot available for babies.
• We apologize but we cannot allow dogs into the house.
• We also have a beautiful rustic Shepherd's Hut in our orchard field for hire.
• We accept cash or cheque only.
